Welcome! I’m So Glad You’re Here.

As a proud AuDHDer (that’s Autism + ADHD!) who received my own late-life diagnosis, I understand firsthand the challenges—and the incredible strengths—that come with being neurodivergent. My journey has shaped not only how I see the world but also how I support the incredible young people and families I work with.

With years of experience as a Primary School Teacher, Wellbeing Leader, and holder of a Bachelor and Master of Education in Evidence-Based Teaching and Post Grad in Positive Behaviour and Learning, I’ve dedicated my career to helping children thrive. But too often, I’ve watched bright, creative, and capable young people simply survive their school days—or worse, struggle to even do that—because the right support wasn’t in place.

That’s why I’ve stepped into my role as a Positive Behaviour and Learning Practitioner and fierce advocate. My mission? To ensure no child has to mask, burn out, or feel misunderstood just to "fit in." Every young person deserves to be seen, supported, and celebrated for exactly who they are.

what to expect from me

My Approach:

Affirming, Trauma-Informed & Person-Centred

I am deeply passionate about:

  • Neuro-affirming practice – No pathologising, no forcing square pegs into round holes. Just empowerment, self-understanding, and strategies that actually work.

  • Trauma-informed care – Recognising that many individuals carry layers of unmet needs, misunderstandings, and systemic barriers.

  • Person-centred support – Because no two minds work the same way, and support should never be one-size-fits-all.

For Parents: You’re Not Alone

As a mum of two autistic and ADHD children, I get it. Navigating the NDIS, fighting for school accommodations, and decoding the endless jargon can feel overwhelming. Whether you need:

  • Help accessing NDIS supports (without the headache!),

  • An advocate in your corner for those frustrating school meetings, or

  • Education and guidance to better understand your child’s needs…

I’m here to help. Together, we can create a plan that sets your child up for success—on their terms.

Teaching isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am. And I’m committed to every young person (and family) I have the privilege of working with.

Let’s make sure your child doesn’t just "get by"… but truly thrives.

What’s in a name?

One morning, I was in contemplation in the shower (as we all do…right?) and the name just came to me. Much like remembering you need to get ‘that thing’ at the supermarket.

The Neurodivergent Willo was born from love and a deep desire to empower people to feel confident navigating the NDIS and their loved one’s NDIS plan.

I am a neurodivergent person so that was important to me to have that represented in the name of my business. You will notice that Willo is spelt ‘wrong.’ This is deliberate. My husband was given this nickname at his workplace and he has been and continues to be, my greatest champion and supporter. I wanted to honor him with the surname we share.
